Get Re-admission Form from the Admission Office.

Fill out the Application for Re-Admission Form properly.

Proceed to the following Offices for signature of your Clearance:

› Property Custodian

› Finance

› Library

› Registrar

› Office of Student Affairs

› Dean/Chairperson

Reproduce Four (4) copies of the duly signed Form.

Submit the copies to the following offices: Admission Office, Guidance & Counseling Office, Registrar's Office and Student's copy.

Student who took the KNS Admission Test, Follow the Enrollment procedure for New Students (step 4.)

Note:

*** The School's Admission Officer shall determine the date for KNS Admission Test for Returning Students.

*** For students under current curriculum, follow the Enrollment procedure for old students.
